What to Expect: A physical or video examination to complete the necessary DBQ for the VA claim.
Cost: $1,000 per exam, with a sliding down payment scale for additional DBQs.

What to Expect: Professional medical assessment and opinion.
Cost: No upfront cost; for Nexus opinion, however, a No-Cost-Until-Approval Agreement must be in place between VHA and the veteran.
Overview: Under the No-Cost-Until-Approval Agreement, all services are provided at no charge until the VA approves the veteran’s claim. This includes, medical nexus opinions, and full claim support. Note–DOES NOT INCLUDE HIPAA-compliant cloud storage which will be $10.00 a month. Payment is contingent on VA approval.
Payment Structure:
- No-Cost-Until-Approval Agreement VHA will be compensated 20% of the retroactive payment by the Veteran.
- Example: Veteran receives a $1,000.00 retroactive payment their obligation to VHA will be 20% of $1,000.00 or $200.00.
Objective: Provide coaching on accessing key VA-related online systems, such as My HealtheVet.
What to Expect: Step-by-step assistance on how to access these systems.
Cost: Free
Full Refund: If the VA denies the claim, the veteran will receive a full refund except for the VHA Cloud Storage HIPAA Compliant Folder.
Medical Rebuttal: If the VA initially denies the claim, VHA will provide a medical rebuttal to support the veteran’s case at no additional cost.
