A required medical opinion in a disabilities claim filing is called a “Nexus Letter”. The letter must be written specifically for the individual and explicit to that individuals claims. The I Got Your Six Plan provides a zero up-front cost solution for veterans qualifying for “high value” claims in which VHA funds the entire claims process. In exchange, the veteran agrees to pay 6x the value of one months awarded benefit as repayment. For instance, a veteran who is granted 30% disability and recieving a monthly payment of $500 would repay 6x the value of that monthly payment or $3,000 as a repayment fee for services. The $3,000 repayment can be made in installments and once the $3,000 is repayed, the obligation is fulfilled.

Our core advocates aren’t civilians, they are veterans just like you. The primary difference is that VHA advocates have decades of experience previously working for veteran affairs and understand “the system”. And, our VHA network of MD’s are patriots who simply want to support veterans within their professional medical capacity — making VHA a safe and relatable space to fight for disability entitlements.
